Brilliant resource: IDEO rules for brainstorming

One of my favorite brainstorming resources is IDEO’s 7 rules for brainstorming.

They begin with deferring judgment and end with emphasizing quantity. I have found that emphasizing these rules dramatically increases the variety and novelty of the ideas that people and groups generate.

Quantity matters!
